Join Dr. Lloyd Sain, an educator and administrator for over 30 years. He has been a high school English teacher, an assistant principal, principal and the former Director of Leadership and Teacher Development with the Little Rock School District, overseeing the state’s largest school district’s professional development program for PreK-12 school leaders, paraprofessionals and teachers. He is known among his colleagues as a courageous voice, an educational trailblazer and a competent and skilled leader of leaders and teachers.
Dr. Sain will coach administrators and teacher leaders on how to become more effective coaches for their staff. Dr. Sain provides insight and techniques for drawing on the strengths of your leadership style and your staff and meeting challenges of leadership. Participants will practice using these techniques in focused and intentional scenarios. You don't want to miss this opportunity for leadership development; you can implement the skills you learn the next day!
Note: This training takes place over the course of two days, January 29th and 30th.

Parking is on the north side of the building - southwest corner of NW 14th & Harvey. Enter through the east door. Additional parking is on the west side of the building. Please do not park on the south side on 13th street due to limited space.
Rescheduling requests or cancellations must be made as soon as possible. OPSRC reserves the right at its discretion to assess a $75 fee to your district for cancellations not made in a timely fashion. We ask for your campus and supervisor/principal information so we can contact them with information in the event of an uncanceled registration.
