This course will help board members understand the importance of actively using school websites and social media to connect with families and other stakeholders. You'll also learn the purpose of and vital content on a district website, the advantages and disadvantages inherent with social media, responding to public feedback and what parts the board plays in all these things.
This course is intended to fulfill the Oklahoma State Department of Education requirement for annual professional development on the topic of Hazardous Communications.
