It’s almost time to welcome students back! We hope you had a restful, relaxing summer and are ready to get back to all of the students anxiously awaiting your return!

We spent the summer developing trainings and programs that will support you in your efforts to grow and develop, whether you’re a teacher or an administrator. We are also lucky to have been given the opportunity to conduct on-site professional development at member schools, plan and prepare Regional Professional Days for teachers across the state, and deliver support for our schools engaged in their Personalized Learning journey. We are grateful we got to play a part in all the learning and preparation that has gone into a successful start of the school year!

After the first few weeks of school, we know the hard work really begins, and our team is here to support you. We want you to feel the value of your membership, whether that be a monthly visit from a Regional Developer, attending to one of the scheduled trainings at our facility, or scheduling our team to train on a subject of your choosing at your site. To support you even further in your endeavors to create the best Professional Learning Focus for you for the year, the Teaching and Learning Team is working hard to expand our online offerings.  There are many ONLINE COURSES available for you and your staff to complete hosted within the members-only section of our website.  Check back often to monitor our online course offerings!  Right now, among other things, you can access TLE Recertification training, School Board trainings, NWEA trainings, and all of our recorded webinars from renowned authors.

And our Oklahoma Teacher Leadership & Learning (OTLL) court applications are out! The Oklahoma Teacher Leadership and Learning Cohort (OTLL) provides opportunities for experienced or master teachers to lead PD projects that enhance their professionalism and skills, extend their learning and share their expertise with others. The annual program is designed with the knowledge that ongoing teacher learning is vital, but it also supporting the Teaching and Learning team's vision: Learn Now, Expand Today, Use Tomorrow.
