Have your school/district leaders sign-up to attend the Focused Conversations: Coaching, Consulting, Collaborating and Calibrating, Part I-a professional development session aimed at helping administrators coach and align their staffs to the needs. Part I of this two-day event will be held on March 31 from 8:30 am-4 pm at OPSRC in Oklahoma City. This workshop is facilitated by Dr. Lloyd Sain, a certified coach from Little Rock, Arkansas.On April 1 Focused Conversations: Coaching, Consulting, Collaborating and Calibrating, Part II
will be held. This workshop will delve deeper with the techniques and strategies, which were introduced previously. When I was little, my dad spent time working at McDonnell Douglas in Tulsa. If I remember right, he worked on a lot of different things, but what always excited me the most was that he worked on the engine for the F-15 Eagle fighter jet.
