Upcoming PD Opportunities

I hope you are finding some relief from the ever-increasing temperatures this time of year. Oklahoma summers can sure bring their own challenges, but I have one solution for you: come enjoy a great training indoors with us!!

Our team has developed a great relationship with Edmentum through the years. We have tried to assist our members in maximizing their usage of Edmentum products, and we want to do that again. Last year, the SDE offered free access to Exact Path, and we know a lot of school districts are continuing with that product. To address the potential need for additional training, we are partnering with Edmentum to host a training for new learners. During this training, we will discuss instructional best practices for using Exact Path. If this training is something you would be interested in you can register here.

Many of our member schools also use the NWEA MAP tests or Renaissance tests to benchmark students. If you would like to learn more about how these great products can be combined with Exact Path to really help student learning, then we have a training for you as well. Here you will learn the basics of Exact Path and how to use your benchmarking scores to create a custom path for students. It will also cover instructional best practices for your classroom. You can register for this event here.

And lastly, don’t forget you can get a jump on all your state-mandated training on our online platform. We have changed to a new system, Learn@OPSRC powered by LearnUpon, that will to give your district more flexibility and functions, and we know you will love it.

Again, I hope you are having a great summer and so look forward to seeing you soon!!
