OPSRC, OK State Dept. of Education Launch Statewide Jobs Board for Educators

Nimble creates one-stop-shop for open teaching positions

OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 5, 2026 -- The Oklahoma Public School Resource Center (OPSRC) has launched a statewide jobs board for teachers and K-12 staff positions, creating a one-stop-shop for schools and educators searching for open positions and qualified applicants to fill them. The jobs board, known as the Oklahoma Educator Job Board, is being hosted by Nimble in partnership with the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) and OPSRC.

“Until now, educators searching for teaching positions had to search multiple websites, sometimes even searching several websites within the same school district to find open positions,” said Dr. April Grace, executive director of OPSRC. “Nimble brings all open positions under one website, creating a searchable database where teachers can filter jobs based on criteria they choose, like grade level, location and salary.

“The Oklahoma Educator Job Board is great for school administrators too. Schools will automatically receive a shortlist of qualified applicants each week through Nimble’s free talent matching service. They’ll also get access to a free Applicant Tracking System that integrates with the state job board, and Nimble will post all jobs to major national platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter—helping districts streamline the hiring process and expand their reach. It’s a win-win-win.”

The Oklahoma Educator Job Board is being funded through a multi-year grant received by OPSRC.

It will be free for teachers in perpetuity. It will be free for schools through 2026 and will be offered at a deep discount through 2028.

The website is being housed on the Department of Education’s website as well as OPSRC’s website to help maximize exposure for educators.

"This statewide job board is a critical step in strengthening Oklahoma’s educator pipeline and reducing vacancies across our schools,” according to OSDE. “By centralizing job postings and using a modern, data-informed approach to recruitment, we’re making it easier for districts to streamline hiring, connect with certified educators, and help teachers find the right fit. This partnership supports our broader efforts to stabilize and grow Oklahoma’s teacher workforce."
